During an individual session we start with an intake to explore your physical concerns and/or sensory sensitivities. We’ll work with a variation of techniques: clinical somatics, yoga, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), mindfulness and coaching.
Lasting changes usually don’t happen overnight and that’s why regular individual sessions can be of great support during any kind of rehabilitation period. Changing how chronic pain, burn- out and lack of energy impact your life takes support and encouragement. And I’d love to be part of your support system.
If you’re not already being treated by a health professional who’s trained in pain science I may refer you to either a physiotherapist, occupational therapist or psychologist too.
